As a monk, wielding a weapon with a enchantment mod. Will this mod work on monk himself or for everyone the monk cast enchantment spells on?

For all enchantments that you cast, it will lengthen the duration.

Depends on what the Enchantment targets.

the Enchantment itself lasts 20% longer- nomatter who it is on.
